Guest Acceptance
By accessing the L'Essence digital boutique, you agree to a mutual commitment of respect and professionalism. Every interaction is governed by these terms to maintain the exclusivity and quality of the fragrance community.
Olfactory Assets
All fragrances, descriptions, imagery, and proprietary blending notations are the intellectual property of L'Essence. Unauthorized reproduction of our visual or olfactory identity is strictly prohibited to preserve brand integrity.
Global Commerce
We provide luxury scents worldwide. Guests are responsible for local customs fees or taxes that may apply in their specific domain. Availability of limited-run discovery sets is subject to change based on ingredient rarity.
Ethical Conduct
L'Essence reserves the right to decline service to individuals engaging in deceptive commerce or intellectual property infringement. Our goal is to maintain a safe, premium sanctuary for fragrance enthusiasts.

Product Representation: While we strive for absolute accuracy in our fragrance descriptions and imagery, olfactory perception is subjective. We recommend our Discovery Sets for accurate fragrance sampling before investing in full-sized artifacts.
Limited Releases: Many of our creations are produced in micro-batches. Placing an item in your boutique cart does not reserve the inventory; orders are finalized only upon successful payment confirmation.
Modifications: L'Essence reserves the right to refine these terms as our boutique evolves. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new protocols.

All L'Essence fragrances are artisan-crafted and shipped directly from our primary boutique to verify provenance and quality.
